Okta Discovery

This guide will walk you through the steps to configure and use the Discovery feature for Okta in XFA.

Create the XFA Discovery API Service Integration in Okta Admin Console​

  1. Log in to your Okta Admin Console.
  2. Navigate to API Service Integrations and click on Add Integration.
  3. Select XFA Discovery from the list of available integrations.
  4. Authorize the integration by clicking on Authorize.

  1. Copy the Okta Domain, Client ID, and Client Secret from the integration settings page.

Getting Started with Device Discovery​

To begin the device discovery process in your Okta environment, navigate to the XFA dashboard. Under Discovery, you will see an option to discover devices in multiple environments. Choose Discover devices in Okta as shown below.

After selecting Discover devices in Okta, you will be prompted to enter the Okta Domain, Client ID, and Client Secret that you copied earlier. Click on Save to proceed.
