Creating an Account on XFA

Follow these steps to create your XFA account and set up your organization for secure device management and compliance.

Step 1: Sign Up​

Go to dashboard.xfa.tech/signup to start the process. You can choose to:

  • Enter your account details manually:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Password
  • Or sign up using a third-party login provider:
    • Microsoft Login
    • Google Login
    • Apple Login

Once you've filled in your details or chosen a third-party login, proceed to the next step.

For Third-Party Logins: If you signed up using Microsoft, Google, or Apple, your email address will be automatically verified. You will skip step 2 and proceed directly to the next step.

Step 2: Email Verification​

If you provided your name, email, and password during sign-up, you'll receive a verification code via email. On the next screen:

  1. Check your email inbox for the verification code.
  2. Enter the code into the provided field.
  3. Submit the code to verify your account.

Step 3: Organization Details​

After your email is verified, you’ll be prompted to set up your organization. Enter the following information:

  • Organization Name: Provide the legal name of your organization.
  • Address: Enter the organization's address.
  • VAT Number: Provide the VAT number for your organization (if applicable).

Once completed, move to the final step.

Step 4: Billing Information​

Enter your billing details to finalize your account setup:

  • Payment Method: Provide your preferred payment details.

Once this information is entered, you'll be redirected to our trusted payment provider. After confirmation your account will be successfully created.

Step 5: Optional Device Discovery Setup​

To immediately get insights in all your devices and ensure compliance, you can link your account to one of the following identity providers directly after account creation:

Linking your account allows XFA to discover devices associated with your organization, enabling seamless device compliance and management.

You’re all set! You can now access the XFA dashboard and start securing your organization’s devices.
