Activity

The Activity page lists recent sign-ins and device verifications across your organization, so you can see who is signing in, from which device, and whether access was allowed. Open it from Activity in the left navigation of the XFA dashboard.

The feed shows sign-ins from the last hour only. Click Refresh to load the latest events.

Activity is part of Enforcement. If your plan does not include Enforcement, the page asks you to upgrade.

Tabs

  • All shows every recent event.
  • Blocked shows sign-ins that were stopped because the device did not meet the policy.
  • Access granted shows sign-ins that an administrator allowed with Allow access.

Reading an event

Each event names the user and what happened, followed by the time, the application, the device, and the policy the device was checked against. For a verification email, the application shows as Email request.

The status of an event is one of:

  • successfully signed in
  • pending signing in
  • pending verification
  • signed in with a snoozed device
  • tried to sign in, but the device is blocked
  • signed in after access was granted

When a device is not trusted yet, a label on the right says why: XFA not installed on the device, Not affiliated with your organization, Performing device check, or Failed N device checks. Hover over the failed checks to see which ones.

Allow access

For a sign-in that is pending or blocked, you can click Allow access to let that one sign-in through. Allowed sign-ins appear on the Access granted tab.

Administrators with the Read only role can view the feed but cannot allow access. See Team & roles.
