The Vanta integration sends XFA device information to Vanta for compliance monitoring and evidence. Use it to keep Vanta updated with device posture collected by XFA, while enforcement decisions still happen through XFA policies and sign-in flows. Use it to connect the tool and confirm the data sync is working.

Overview

The XFA-Vanta integration enables automated device information sharing for compliance monitoring. This integration automatically collects and uploads device data to your Vanta dashboard.

Prerequisites

• Active XFA account
• Vanta account
• Enrolled devices in XFA

Setup Guide

To connect XFA with Vanta, follow these steps:

1. Go to your XFA dashboard
2. Navigate to the "Devices" section
3. Click the "Export" dropdown
4. Select "Vanta"
5. Click "Connect"
6. Login to Vanta
7. Confirm the connection

Once you've completed these steps, your XFA devices will automatically start sending device information to your Vanta dashboard.

What Data is Shared

The integration shares the following device information with Vanta:

• Device name and identifier
• Operating system version
• Security status
• Last check-in time
• Compliance status
• Device ownership information
