Accessing Application Logs

Application logs help XFA support understand what happened when the desktop app has a problem. This guide shows where to find the logs on your device and what to share when support asks for diagnostic information. Use it to understand what happens on your device and what to do next.

info

Log files are named using the format xfa-YYYY-MM-DD_HHMMSS.log (e.g., xfa-2024-01-15_143022.log). Always look for the most recent file matching the time when your issue occurred.
